To initiate a return, simply email us at hello@noobru.com. Let us know what you’ll be returning, how much of it is left, and we’ll provide you with the nearest return address. We also welcome any feedback you may have—if there’s something we can improve, we’d love the opportunity to make it right.
Please note, return postage and packaging costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned items in their original, sealed, and untampered condition.
We value fairness in our guarantee. If we find, at our sole discretion, that this policy is being misused in an excessive or abusive manner, we reserve the right to revoke the guarantee for future purchases. The 90 day guarantee applies from point of purchase.
Our discount codes are designed to support first-time customers or specific promotions. If we detect repeated orders placed under multiple aliases/accounts to exploit these offers, we reserve the right to place the order(s) on hold while we investigate. In such cases, we may cancel the orders and, where applicable, apply a small restocking or admin fee to cover handling costs.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@noobru.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
